•       details of trainees to date and details of future trainees from any training agency, irrespective of which school/facility the training is conducted at, irrespective of which country the trainees hail from, on the basis of the training course being conducted at any time;

•       marketing and sales information, e.g. details concerning the services you receive and your preferences;

How long we will retain your information/personal data

Your information is stored and retained in accordance with our data retention policy.

For example, we will retain your basic employment data for a reasonable and necessary minimum period of five years (5) from the end of our work relationship with you.
