We will collect your information/personal data solely in accordance with the relevant regulations and legislation. •       details of trainees to date and details of future trainees from any training agency, irrespective of which school/facility the training is conducted at, irrespective of which country the trainees hail from, on the basis of the training course being conducted at any time;

How long we will retain your information/personal data

Your information is stored and retained in accordance with our data retention policy.

For example, we will retain your basic employment data for a reasonable and necessary minimum period of five years (5) from the end of our work relationship with you. This helps us comply with legal and regulatory requirements or use your data where necessary for our legitimate purposes, such as the issuance of tax statements and attestations of work experience and in order to resolve any disputes or reservations that might arise.

  • Πραγματοποιείται τακτική εφαρμογή πρόσφατων (και σταθερών) ενημερώσεων λογισμικού, security updates, service packs και hot fixes, αμέσως μόλις δημοσιευτούν.
  • Σε όλους τους servers του παρόχου φιλοξενίας, γίνεται συνεχής (σε 24ωρη βάση) αυτόματη εκτέλεση διεργασιών, που ελέγχουν για αποτυχίες ελέγχου ταυτότητας σύνδεσης (failed logins) σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες των server (mail server, ftp, ssh, ιστοσελίδες, κτλ) και αποκλείονται προσωρινά ή μόνιμα οι IP διευθύνσεις από τις οποίες γίνονται οι απόπειρες σύνδεσης.

Every request submitted must be accompanied by appropriate identification evidence and include the required information (data that need correction, etc.) Our company will make every effort to respond to your request without delay and in any case within a month. This deadline may be extended by another two (2) months, if necessary, considering the complexity of the request and number of requests.
